Scholastic Requirement:
—> 3.50 GPA or higher
—> Accepted to a 4 year college or university

NEW for 2013: ForCarol.com will INTERVIEW the 5 top scoring applications. The INTERVIEW results will determine the scholarship recipient.

March 1, 2013, 3:30 PM PST: (Late submissions will not be considered. If the REQUIRED information is not included, the application will NOT be considered.)
