Scholarship Recipients

Under this heading we will highlight each years Carol Phan Scholarship recipients starting with the first recipient graduating Tracy High with the Class of 2011.  We will have:  Picture, college attending, major, interests……etc.  For what it is worth, here is my 2011 Awards Ceremony Speech.

The 2013 Carol Phan College Scholarship:

Tracy High IB/Ag Sci:

May 2013 cropped track junior year

Kyleigh McPhillips is the 2013 Tracy High winner for the Carol Phan College Scholarship.

Kyleigh will attend either: U.C. Davis, U.C. Berkeley, or one of two CSU’s and will major in Biology / Pre-Medicinal Studies.

The 2012 Carol Phan College Scholarships:

Tracy High IB / Ag. Sci:

Seokho Hong is the Tracy High IB/Ag Sci winner for the 2012 Carol Phan College Scholarship.

Congratulations!

Seokho will be attending Stanford this fall and will major in Computer Science.

West High:

Amy Ly is the West High winner for the 2012 Carol Phan College Scholarship.

Congratulations!

Amy will be attending U.C. Davis in the Fall and will major in Nutritional Science.
