“The Secret Life of Pets” Movie Review

4-Watertowers ForCarol.com Movie Review(Pet’s Great Adventure)

Three years ago, Max (Louis C.K.) was adopted by Katie (Ellie Kemper).  The two hit it off immediately and are only separated when, for some strange reason, Katie leaves for the day.

max-duke-and-katie-from-petsOne day, Katie comes home to a welcoming Max. But unlike other days, Katie now has a new “brother” for Max: Duke (Eric Stonestreet). Duke takes over Max’s bed, but, Max tries to get rid of Duke by breaking vases, furniture, etc in the apartment. Duke is mad, but, has to listen to Max so he can stay in his new home.

While on a walk to the park with a dog walker, Duke takes Max away and they both get caught by animal control.  Luckily, the animal control van is hijacked by a mean bunny, Snowball (Kevin Hart), and Duke and Max join the owner-hating “flushed” pets in the sewer.

“The Secret Life of Pets” is a good-hearted, fun, adventure. We love Kevin Hart, but as a cute little fluffy bunny with a mean streak….he is awesome. Good for the whole family.

A must see for everyone.
