Art Historian, Ana (Camila Mendes), has just started working for an auction house run by demanding Claire (Marissa Tomei) and her two nasty assistants, Suzette (Rachel Matthews) and Renee (Fola Evans-Akingbola).
Being the third assistant, Ana is treated badly by the entire team.
She gets the worst jobs, the worst hotel rooms, the worst seating on the plane, and is expected to do all of the dirty work / heavy lifting.
On the way to London for an art auction, the Airline ticket agent witnessed first hand how nasty she was treated by Suzette and Renee, and gave Ana an upgrade to first class!

“Upgraded” is like a Hallmark movie but with an edge……f-words, sexual innuendo, and a just a bit of raunch.
