Rose Gooding (Jessie Buckley) recently moved to Littlehampton with her pre-teen daughter.
Rose made friends with her neighbor, prim and proper Edith Swan (Olivia Colman), who lives with her controlling father, Edward (Timothy Spall).
Then the wicked letters started!
Edith blames Rose and the authorities agree with her as Rose has a filthy mouth…just like the letters.
But all is not what it seems as Constable Moss (Anjana Vasan) tries to point out.
But….her superiors ignore her (she is a woman in the 1920’s) so she works the case on her own and……..

“Wicked Little Letters” is a fun mystery movie somewhat-based on a true story that happened (or did not) in the 1920’s in England. I LOVE the tag line: “Be careful what you post”. So funny.
Only problem: We figured out who was sending the letters way in the beginning. But it was still super fun to watch….
