The Brown Family are bored.
Judy (Madeleine Harris) is applying for college, Jonathan (Samuel Joslin) is designing gadgets but stays in his room constantly, Mr. Brown (Hugh Bonneville) is bored at work, and Mrs. Brown (Emily Mortimer) is a totally different person.
When a letter arrives from the Retirement Home for Bears in Peru stating that Aunt Lucy (Imelda Staunton) is missing Paddington (Ben Whishaw), and, oh yeah, is literally missing, the entire Brown family, Paddington, and Mrs. Bird (Julie Walters) jump at the chance to travel to Peru to find and help Aunt Lucy.
