Ricky (Michelle Hendley) has known since she was young that she was a girl in a boys body.
Life has not been easy for Ricky in a small town, but, her best friend Robby (Michael Welch) has always been there for her. Her mother died when her and her brother, Sam (Joseph Ricci), were young, but, her father, Hank (Randall Newsome), is understanding and supportive.
Ricky is now in her early twenties and is about to embark on a sexual relationship with a young woman, Francesca (Alexandra Turshen), and discovering true love with her best friend. She has also applied to fashion school in New York.
“Boy Meets Girl” is one of the most interesting movies we have seen….ever. Tender, funny, poignant and absolutely terrific. Superb acting and directing. Not for kids.
