“Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation” Movie Review

Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team of special operatives are on the hunt to eradicate the Syndicate.

Trouble is, the Syndicate is ruthless, smart, and very hard to find. They capture Ethan with intent to torture then kill. Luckily for Ethan one of the Syndicate members sent to kill him is an undercover British operative, Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson). She saves him at the risk of blowing her cover.

Ethan disappears as the IMF is disbanded by Congress at the behest of CIA head Alan Hunley (Alec Baldwin). But…..finding, and destroying, the Syndicate is of utmost importance to world peace so IMF head, William Brandt (Jeremy Renner), keeps Ethan in the hunt and helps Hunt, Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg), Luther Stickell (Ving Rhames), and, now, Ilsa to search and destroy the Syndicate. A mission which seems impossible.

“Mission Impossible-Rogue Nation” is exciting from the first few bars of the theme music to the very last rolling credit.  An incredible roller coaster ride that had us guessing what the heck was going on before thrilling us with the answer. Not for small kids as the action is fast and furious, but, great for the the rest of the family.

Tom Cruise is still doing his own stunts and is crazy!  The rest of the IMF team cast is great.
