Tory Bell (Francia Raisa) is a teacher living in New York City.
One night, a child disappears from a school function. Tory happens to look out a window and sees a man opening a car door for the kid. Jumping into action Tori climbs out the window, jumps on the car, pulls the driver out, and stops the kidnapping. Ooops. Turns out the man was child’s father. But, we now know that Tory is not your ordinary teacher: She has serious skills that go way beyond teaching.
Celebrating Christmas with her boyfriend, Tory gets a cell phone call from an escaped convict who says he is coming to get her.
Tory….woman of action….takes off to visit her family in Trenton, NJ. Where Tory’s bounty hunter family (think: Dog, Beth, Baby Lyssa, and Leland) returns to action as they search for that escaped convict.
“Christmas Bounty” is a fun, simple, short TV movie. Great for kids and great for a 1 hour getaway from reality.
