“Hot Pursuit” Movie Review

Cooper (Reese Witherspoon) grew up in the back seat of her father’s police car.

Now a by-the-book cop working a desk job, Cooper is needed to accompany a female criminal, Daniella Riva (Sofia Vergara), to Dallas so she (and her husband) can testify against a captured cartel boss.

Picking up Daniella and her husband, the routine transport turns deadly as two sets of criminals attack and kill several people.

Luckily, Cooper and Daniella escape.  But what they think is the end of their problems is just the beginning as the deception within the police force reaches the highest levels and Cooper finds she cannot trust anyone.

“Hot Pursuit” is much better than the critics reviews.  It is fun and thrilling movie with a great cast.  Not for kids as the f-words fly and there is a significant amount of violence.
