Batman (Ben Affleck) does battle with an alien flying insect (a Parademon) and realizes that, because Superman / Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) is now dead, that an attack on humanity is imminent.
Ancient enemy, Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds), is taking advantage of Superman’s death by retrieving the three mother boxes (from the Amazons, Atlantis, and Man) so he can once again rule the universe.
Batman / Bruce Wayne enlists Wonder Woman / Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) to help him put together a team of superheroes to, hopefully, stop Steppenwolf.
The Flash / Barry Allen (Ezra Miller), Aquaman / Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa), Cyborg / Victor Stone (Ray Fisher), Batman, and Wonder Woman have all they can handle fighting Steppenwolf. They desperately need Superman, but, he is dead….or is he?
To see what happens, you will have to see the movie. 🙂
“Justice League” is a terrific movie. Fast paced, action packed, and funny. How or why the critics are panning it is beyond me. And most call it a “flop”? Gimme a break…..geeezzz….it made $96 million in the first weekend, and it is a great movie. I think the critics need to get a life. I sure hope there is a second movie as hinted in the final credit clips.
