Thanos (Josh Brolin) has a plan to wipe out half of the sentient beings in the universe. In his mind, overpopulation is a problem, and Thanos is the only one who knows how to take care of it: By mass murder. His theory is that once overpopulation is taken care of, the remaining beings (and the universe with it’s limited resources) will thrive.
To become powerful enough to achieve his goals, Thanos needs the 6 Infinity stones. With those in hand (his left hand specifically) he can just snap his fingers and save the universe.
The only beings standing is his way are the Avengers and their friends and allies.

The fight is on between Thanos, Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Spiderman (Tom Holland), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olson), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), all of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and a bunch more…….as they team up to kill Thanos before he becomes all powerful.
To see if they succeed……or not……you will have to watch, or have already have watched, the movie. 🙂
“Avengers: Infinity War” is a fun, action packed, superhero movie, but, it is not magical like “Wonder Woman” or “Black Panther” or “Thor: Ragnarok” were. Something is missing. Don’t get me wrong, it is a fun and fast action flick, but, I think, it was made at the wrong time (that is, not knowing the box office power and magic of the Black Panther or Thor in Ragnarok), and it seems forced.
I think Marvel needs to time things better moving forward.
