“The Water Horse” Movie Review

Two travelers in Scotland enter a restaurant / bar and meet an old man. This old man overhears them saying how the picture on the wall of the Loch Ness monster is fake news. He asks if they want to hear a story……they do.

Many years ago……

Angus MacMorrow (Alex Etel) is collecting seafood in a pail to bring home for the family when he spots a large oval shaped egg-like object.

He adds that to his bucket and when he and his mother, Anne (Emily Watson), get home, Angus brings the egg-shaped thingy to his fathers workshop and tries to open it. Shocked at what he sees, he stops and goes back in the house.

The next morning he goes back to the workshop and discovers his find is now open and there is a creature hiding from him. Eventually he and the creature connect and the rest is history, or legend. 😉

To see what happens in this magical fantasy, you will have to rent it. Great for the whole family.

“The Water Horse” is a wonderful movie.
