“Book Club” Movie Review

Diane (Diane Keaton), Vivian (Jane Fonda), Sharon (Candice Bergen), and Carol (Mary Steenburgen) meet regularly to read and discuss the latest book one of them has picked out.

The book club was formed to stimulate their minds, but, they are aging gracefully, and their minds are not the only thing that needs stimulating.

This months selection is “Fifty Shades of Grey” by E. L. James.

Wow! Talk about STIMULATING something other than their brains!

The four women rediscover…..well, you know…..and in the process get into all sorts of trouble.

“Book Club” is a funny movie about….hmmmm, you know. Candice Bergen stands out among all these great actresses. Her PERFECT comic timing and delivery are truly amazing. She definitely takes after her brother, Charlie. 😉 I am in love! Murphy Brown….wow! 🙂

Interestingly E.L. James and her husband walk by as Mary Steenburgen and her husband are arguing on their front lawn. Very cool!

Not for kids under 60. If you don’t know who Charlie is…you are too young.
