“Murder Mystery” Movie Review
New York City Policeman, Nick Spitz (Adam Sandler), has taken the test for Detective several times……and failed it several times. He knows the material, he just chokes during the tests (I know that feeling!).
Problem is, he is embarrassed, and tells his wife, Audrey (Jennifer Aniston), that he passed and that he is now a full-fledged Detective.
Nick did not figure that Audrey, knowing that more money is now flowing into the household, would hold him to his 15 year, unfulfilled, promise of a European vacation.
Flying to Europe for their long-awaited vacation, Audrey (who is not able to sleep on a plane) meets Charles Cavendish (Luke Evans (Gaston)) of the ultra-rich Cavendish family.
Charles invites Audrey and Nick to stay with his very wealthy family on their yacht.
They accept but, unfortunately, they are promptly embroiled in an Agatha Christie type murder mystery of which they are the main suspects. Yikes!
To see what happens, you will have to watch the movie. 🙂
“Murder Mystery” is a terrifically fun movie with an awesome car chase in Monoco! We love Adam Sandler and, here, he is subdued, funny, smart, and his stupid voice is missing (as is Rob Schneider ;-(. He and Jennifer Aniston have a cool chemistry, AND….this movie has broken Netflix viewing records!
Must see if you love Adam Sandler (like us), and no worries if you are not a Sandler fan….he left goofy Adam at home.
Drive Safe! Never Forget.
