Charlotte (Fiona Gubelmann) is boring according to Steven (Alan Simpson) her BF for the last 14 years! She only wants to use the missionary position, she wakes up at the same time everyday, does the same things, then goes to bed at the same time everynight. BORING!
Brandon (Ben Lawson) is boring according to Ashley (Kristi Claninos) his current GF. He hates football, does not like to go outside or to parties, and sex is, well, BORING!
On a hike in the mountains, Charlotte throws some energy drink on Steven who over-reacts and tumbles down the mountain side. He survives, but, Charlotte loses her teaching job while she spends a year in jail. Good-bye, Steven!
Brandon comes home early one day to find Ashley having a great time in bed with some dude. Goodbye, Ashley.

“The Way We Weren’t” started out slow but got better and better. Since we watch Hallmark movies, we already know Fiona. Needless to say the next time we see her on Hallmark….well, things will be different. 😉
Not for kids as there is not quite sex, not quite nudity, cursing, and good, raunchy, fun with a few twists to keep things interesting.
