“Plus One” Movie Review and Trailer

Fun Movie to Stream while waiting for the world to settle down. This one is on Amazon Prime.

Alice (Maya Erskine) and Ben (Jack Quaid) have been friends since college.

Now, they and their friends are fast approaching 30 and many of them feel the need to settle down and get married.

Unfortunately, Ben is still single, and Alice is suffering after breaking up with Nick.

At the first wedding of the season together, Alice gets drunk and Ben is there to help. They decide that for the next 4 weddings for her, and 6 weddings for him, they will be each others “plus one” so they won’t be alone, won’t be seated at the singles table, and might even have a little fun.

What neither Alice nor Ben expect is that they just might fall in love! Yikes. 🙂

To see what happens, you will have to watch the movie.

“Plus One” is a fantastic movie. Funny, heartwarming, and damned if you don’t fall in love with Alice and Ben. On that note….Maya Erskine and Jack Quaid (yes…..you are right) have PERFECT chemistry and their comedic timing is spot on. Wow!

I want to see more movies with the two of them, maybe one based in Seattle? 😉
