“The Incredibles” Movie Review and Trailer

I can’t believe it has been 16 years since this movie came out. Yikes! 😉

It’s 2004 and it has been 15 years since the superheros were put aside.

Under the protection of a secret government department, the once proud superheros are now toiling away in ordinary jobs simply making a life taking care of people in a quieter, more private, way.

In retirement……Mr. Incredible, Bob Parr (Craig T. Nelson), married the love of his life, Elastigirl, Helen (Holly Hunter), and together they had three kids: Violet (Sarah Vowell), Dash (Spencer Fox), and the baby, Jack-Jack (Eli Fucile).

Each of the kids have their own special powers….except Jack-Jack who is still an infant.

After getting fired from his job, Bob, is approached by the mysterious Mirage (Elizabeth Pena) who offers him a superhero gig.

Bob jumps at the chance.

The rest is history.

To see what happens, you will have to stream the movie. 🙂

“The Incredibles” is a fun, action packed, kids movie. A true classic.

We watched this on Disney+ and will watch “The Incredibles 2” when it arrives on Disney+ July 30, 2020.
