In this version of “The Addams Family” we find Gomez (Oscar Isaac) and Morticia (Charlize Theron) getting married then thrown out of town by the monster haters.
Tired of always moving, the newlyweds decide to find a house that is far away from anyone, especially the haters. Someplace where no one wants to go…..
They move to New Jersey! (Living in NJ for many years….I can give it a hard time 🙂
13 years later, the family has grown now with Wednesday (Chloe Grace Moretz) and Pugsley (Finn Wolfhard) as well as a few others you already know.
Only one problem…..
A small town has grown up just down the hill, and the monster haters are coming to get them!

“The Addams Family” is a fun movie filled with A+ cast voice members. Lots of references to movies, TV, and other stuff, but, it especially brings home the point of acceptance of others who happen to be different than you. The Orange idiot needs to watch it….but, unfortunately, he won’t understand it….it is a kids movie after all, and he does not have the brainpower.
