Pam Gluckin (Alison Janney) is the assistant superintendent of the Rosyln School District on Long Island.
She is very good at her job and has been at it for many many years.
Problem is: She is stealing money from the district!
Meanwhile, the district is planning to build a mult-million dollar skyway to connect various parts of the school campus. The bill for that project is up for a vote soon.

The school newspaper sent reporter Rachel Bhargava (Geraldine Viswanathan) to get a quote from Pam about the skyway, for a “puff” piece in the paper.
Pam was out, but, Superintendent Frank Tassone (Hugh Jackman) was in his office and gave Rachel her quote, but, then, also gave her some great advice: That no piece is a “puff” piece and a good reporter can find substance in any story.
Well……Rachel found substance, and…..
All hell breaks loose in Roslyn.
To see what happens, you can watch the movie on HBO. 🙂
“Bad Education” is all about…….greed. An interesting true story with a great cast! Love their New York accents….made me homesick. 🙂
