Jack Kincaid (Owen Wilson) was camping with his wife, Lily (Jessie Mueller) and son Charlie (Walker Scobell) when they saw two objects collide in the air and crash nearby.
Jack, knowing that help was over an hour away, rushed to the scene where he found a dazed U.S. Air Force pilot, Captain Irons (Jesse Williams) and…..a UFO!
The UFO had a “power source” in it that then chose Jack as the person to save the world!
Present Day
The superhero, Guard, is truly saving the world as he travels the globe….well….saving the world.
Jack is an IT Manager and is always going to “conferences” rather than watching Charlie play baseball or participate in any way in his son’s life.
One night father and son are having a good time when…..of course….Jack is called away.
This time, Charlie calls his friends to come over and party….
What they find in the basement changes…….
