When Dean (Zac Efron), JT (Andrew Santino), and Wes (Jermaine Fowler) were kids, they invented a “friend” (Ricky Stanicky) to blame for a botched prank.
Over the years, the three friends used Ricky Stanicky as an excuse to get away from responsibility and……party!
At their latest illicit getaway, to Atlantic City, they met an X-rated comedian, Rock Hard Rod (John Cena), and grabbed his card.
Little did they know that a short time later, they needed a real Ricky Stanicky to cover for that that illicit trip, and hired Rock Hard Rod to play Stanicky!

“Ricky Stanicky” starts out slow, gradually builds through raunchy hilarity, then culminates in a surprisingly heartwarming ending. In there somewhere is one of the three FUNNIEST scenes I have ever seen in a movie courtesy of William H. Macy and John Cena. I was rolling on the floor! 🙂
