“The Electric State” is a confusing mishmash of hallucinations, timelines, characters, technology, and so much more……but, that aside, this movie is ultimately an interesting look at people’s biggest fear of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Robots coming to life (but not knowing that the biggest threat is from humans).
