During an interview for an assistantship with sorcerer and King, Magnifico (Chris Pine), Asha (Ariana DeBose) realizes that the benevolent Magnifico is nothing but a controlling, power hungry, wish stealing, evil person.
Not getting the job, Asha, with her companion goat Valentine (Alan Tudyk), makes a wish upon a star.
Much to her surprise a star comes down to help Asha and her 7 friends by giving them the power they need to expose Magnifico’s plan to never grant the wishes he stole from the citizens of Rosas when they turned 18 (and promptly erasing their memory of the wish).

“Wish” is a colorful, magical, kids movie full of action, music, and intrigue. There are lots of cool references to other Disney movies. For example, Asha’s 7 friends are basically the 7 dwarfs.
Chris Pine can sing!! Oh, Captain……who knew. 😉
Watch all the way thru the credits to bring a nostalgic tear to your eye….
The movie looks great on our BIG screen in glorious 4k UHD, and best of all: The kiddies can watch it a million times on STREAMING without paying $15 for each kid and parent to watch it ONCE in a theater!
STREAM it on Disney+.
Ignore the bad reviews…..they are just a bunch of ignorant red-hatted haters sitting behind a computer in mommy’s basement.
