Class President, Nova Prescott (Aimee Teegarden), is leading the effort to make this years senior prom, the best prom ever.
Her and her prom team designed and built the best decorations to fit the prom theme: Starry Nights.
With three weeks to go, the storage shed where the prom decorations are stored, went up in flames and Nova has to start over.
But…..
Her team is now busy and the principal of the school designates school bad boy, Jesse Richter (Thomas McDonell) to help Nova re-build the decorations and……
