After losing his job as a Forensic Accountant, Brian (Kevin James), puts all his effort into bonding with his step-son, Lucas (Benjamin Pajak).
Throwing a football back-and-forth in the park, Brian sees Jeff (Alan Ritchson) doing the same with his son, C.J. (Banks Pierce).
Except better…..and faster.
Lucas and C.J. hit it off as do their respective Dads.

“Playdate” is an awful movie but, oddly, entertaining with fighting, car chases, and cussing galore and a plot that will ultimately remind you of, weirdly, Star Wars. The ending is explosive!
