Picking up where the last movie left off, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) is now known as Spider-Man.
Problem is, the Fox News-like media has villified Spider-Man and made a hero of the villian, Mysterio.
Typical stupidity.
Problem is…..Peter, MJ (Zendaya), and Ned (Jacob Batalon), have all applied to colleges and as the “acceptance” letters roll in…..none of the three are getting accepted because of the Spider-Man issue.
Arrrrghhh
Not wanting his friends to suffer because of him, Peter visits Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and asks him to erase the memories of everyone so he will be anonymous once more.
Except for MJ.
Oh, wait…..and Ned.
And, oh yeah, Aunt May (Marisa Tomei).
Hmmmm, maybe, Happy (Jon Favreau).
Too many changes to the spell and Dr. Strange (who realizes, now, why he has no kids) has to abort the whole process and contain the faulty spell in a container.
He thinks!
Turns out: Before he could fully contain the spell…..villians from the past shows, errr, alternate universes, enter this universe and start raising hell.
Damn.
Then, luckily, along comes…….
Oh, to see what happens, and if you are one of the few people in the world who has not yet seen this movie, you can watch it on your favorite streaming site. We watched it on VUDU for $19.99.
“Spider-Man: No Way Home” is a fun, action packed, fantasy that is taking the multiverse idea one step closer to “reality”. Watch all the way thru the credits to see what is coming next…..and then…..Venom! Yikes!
