It’s World War 2 and Captain Krause (Tom Hanks) has just gotten his first command.
A Fletcher Class destroyer in charge of guarding cargo and troop transports across the Atlantic Ocean from roving Nazi submarines known as “Wolves”.
The tactics of the Wolves is simple: Attack as a pack and sink as many ships and kill as many people as possible.
The job of Captain Krause’s destroyer is equally as simple: Kill the Wolves before they can do any damage.
The North Atlantic is a rough cold sea and anything that is to be accomplished there is extremely difficult.
And with a new Captain…..even more so.

“Greyhound” is an edge of your seat magnificent movie! From the first second to the last, it is full of action, tense situations, terror, and destruction. In short….it’s WAR. Overall one of the best movies I have ever seen. And as an ex-Navy guy…it’s scary as hell.
