The Man from Toronto (Woody Harrelson) is an assassin for hire.
His reputation is such that the instant he shows up to make the bad guys talk, they quake in fear of being fileted like a fish…..alive…..and generally talk their heads off…..then…..their heads get blown off.
Teddy (Kevin Hart) is a loser. Eveything he tries fails and, he is so bad at doing stuff that there is a new term coined for those who mess up……they “Teddied” it.
He can’t even put ink in his printer! What a “Teddy”.
Ouch.
Trying not to fail at his marriage to Lori (Jasmine Mathews), Teddy arranges for a sexy weekend at a quiet cottage.
He prints out the directions and address and goes to the address that he thinks it printed…..
Only problem is….there is a killing is about to take place (he is at the wrong house!) and Teddy is mistaken to be The Man from Toronto!

“The Man from Toronto” is a funny, fast, action thriller that could have been much better with more care taken by the director. It is confusing in some parts, missing some information in others, and the ending sucks.
BUT……it is Kevin Hart and he is still funny and crazy and, well, we do love him! Woody Harrelson is always great and he rocks as the intimidating killer.
