The Gordon Family just moved to Bridge Hollow from Brooklyn, NY.
Daughter (and occult / paranormal lover) Sydney (Priah Ferguson) is not one bit happy about this move!
Dad (and High School Science teacher) Howard (Marlon Wayans) is doing what he always does…..force Sydney to do what HE wants, not what she wants.
Mother (and lawyer / hopeful bakery owner) Emily (Kelly Rowland) is the judge in the family and she agrees with Sydney that Howard needs to listen to Sydney more often.
Anyway……it’s Halloween and the town of Bridge Hollow is fully decorated and psyched for it! The legend of Stingy Jack (who the Jack O Lantern is based on) is alive and well in Bridge Hollow.
And this year more so than ever……as Sydney finds the original Jack O Lantern and Stingy Jack comes alive and with him all the decorations in town come alive as well!
Yikes!
The only people who can save the town are…….

“The Curse of Bridge Hollow” is a fun Halloween movie with lots of goblins, fighting, and a few really scary moments (Lori screamed and Blaze was concerned).
I loved it that they pulled from real folklore (even the jack o lantern looks just like the “real” ones)….see the Wikipedia links to Stingy Jack and the Jack O Lantern above. Very cool.
