Paul Kennedy (Alexander Vlahos) has just completed his next book. His long time editor, Maddie Kelly (Lindsay Lohan) is happy to not take the credit she deserves for his success, because…..
She loves Paul.
Then….Paul meets Maddie’s best friend, Emma (Elizabeth Tan), and sparks fly, fireworks go off, and it is LOVE at first sight.

Months later on her way to Paul and Emma’s wedding in Ireland, she meets photographer, James (Ed Speleers) and they hit it off….well, at least James hopes / thinks they do, but, unfortunately, Maddie is still in “love” with Paul.
One day before the wedding Maddie goes on a walk through the Irish countryside when she sits to rest on an old stone chair in the woods…..and makes a wish.
