Andy (Adam Devine) and Darkwood (Gillian Jacobs) attended Preston’s (Jeffery Tambor) Institute of Magic several years ago.
Andy won the golden wand three times, beating Darkwood (known as Dorkwood back in the day) every time.
Now……
Andy drives a taxi in Las Vegas, and Darkwood is an uber-famous magician headlining at Caesars.
Preston needs teachers for this summer’s summer session and invites both Darkwood and Andy to spend the summer teaching magic.
They accept and when they find out each is there, the challenge to win the coveted top hat for their group…..is on!
Andy gets all new students, but, some of them, in particular, Theo (Nathaniel Logan McIntyre), are really really good magicians….they just need the confidence to take it to the next level……as does Andy.

“Magic Camp” is a terrific, heartwarming, movie about learning how to bring out the best in people…..and yourself…..and learning about your passion in life.
