Margot (Emma Roberts) and Griffin (Thomas Mann) wake up (at 7:30 am) expecting this day to be the best day of their lives.
Margot is expecting Kip (Lewis Tan) to propose to her,
and,
Griffin is planning to propose to Clementine (Madelaine Petsch).
Instead….
Margot got dumped, while eating at Bennigans.
and,
Griffin got put off a day so Clementine’s social media followers can be part of the proposal while eating at the same Bennigans.
Margot leaves the restaurant and her Uber shows up,
then,
Clementine leaves the restaurant “stealing” Margot’s Uber.
Griffin and Margot are left wondering how their plans could go so astray.

“About Fate” is a fun romcom about….well…..fate! Similar to Hallmark but with lots of cussing and near ranchy scenes that are mostly hilarious. Loved it!
