Angry that mortals have been given God-like powers from Wizard (Djimon Hounsou), on Earth, the three daughters of the God Axis, Hespera (Helen Mirren), Kalypso (Lucy Liu), Anthea (Rachel Zegler), are sent to to the human realm to grab those powers back, plant the tree of life, and reclaim that realm as their own.
But first they need the Wizard’s broken staff and need to force the Wizard (who is now in prison) to fix it, so the daughters can do their chaos thing more effectively.
Only one problem…….
Billy Batson / Shazam (Asher Angel / Zachary Levi) and his foster family (see the featured image at the top) of superheros are standing in their way….

“Shazam! Fury of the Gods” is a fun, acrion packed fantasy that picks up where the first movie ends, and with what looks like the entire orginal cast.
We loved this movie as much as the first one! Shazam rocks the DC world!
Oh, stay to the end for a HUGE surprise! We cheered! 🙂
And then stay all the way thru the credits for more surprises!
