Loretta Sage (Sandra Bullock) has been a romance novelist for many years, and has written many “Lost City……” books all of which have been very successful.
Five years ago, Loretta’s husband and “soulmate” passed away. Since then, Loretta has struggled writing her next novel and, in fact, has become a shut-in in her own house.
But….all that is about to change as she has finally finished this latest novel and has decided to kill off Dash (Channing Tatum) her leading character in the books.
But not before this book tour!
As Loretta and Dash (real name: Alan) prepare to go on tour……Loretta is kidnapped by treasure hunter Abigail Fairfax (Daniel Radcliffe…minus the wand) who thinks Loretta (who studied lost languages in college) can locate the buried treasure she writes about in her new novel.
The chase and hunt for lost treasure begins and……..

“The Lost City” is a fun, goofy, movie about a romance author, her super handsome cover model (who looks a lot like Fabio) and a bad guy (without his wand). Brad Pitt has a small role, but, stay through the credits to find out more. 🙂
